Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund.

Since all our products are downloadable digital files (PDF construction plans), refunds are only accepted if the file has not been downloaded. Once the file has been downloaded, no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, contact us at talentum.master@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded the digital file. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us immediately at talentum.master@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-refundable Items
Downloaded digital files cannot be refunded. Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital file has not been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at talentum.master@gmail.com.
